Zero touch client onboarding
When a new client fills in the onboarding form, everything that used to take an afternoon happens on its own: the contract is generated and sent for signature, and once it's signed the folder, the Slack channel, the HubSpot deal and the welcome email follow.

Why it exists
Onboarding is the same steps every time: draft the contract, send it, chase the signature, make the folder, add people to Slack, update the CRM. Done by hand it takes hours and something always gets missed.
How it runs
Form
The client fills in name, company, scope and start date. Two minutes.
Contract
The template is filled with the client's details and scope of work.
Signature
DocuSign sends it to the client. The workflow waits on the signed event before doing anything else.
Folder
A Google Drive project folder is created with the standard structure and shared with the client and the team.
Slack
A client channel is created, the team is added and the client gets an invite.
CRM
The client appears in HubSpot as a won deal with the fields filled.
Welcome
The client gets one email with the contract copy, the folder link, the Slack invite and what happens next.
What came out of it
About a minute after the signature lands, the client has everything and the team has nothing to set up. Every client goes through exactly the same steps.
Notes
Nothing downstream fires until DocuSign reports the signature, so an unsigned contract never creates a channel or a deal. That one gate is what makes the rest safe to automate.
